TopcoatDEC AS-2K
TopcoatDEC® AS–2K is a specially developed two-component water-based polyurethane sealer designed for concrete surfaces. This fully aliphatic coating offers exceptional performance and is ideally suited as a topcoat for protecting floors from ANILLO® (component A + B). The product is strongly recommended as a protective sealer for self-leveling cement-based flooring systems. It does not alter the color of the substrate and maintains its appearance even under constant water exposure. The material is also highly resistant to staining from substances such as tea, coffee, wine, and more. It demonstrates excellent resistance to UV light, chemicals, water, and heavy abrasion. Application is done with a roller, with a consumption rate of 80–100 g/m² per coat.
