Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, shipping is only available within Estonia.
However, we are working on expanding our delivery options to include more countries in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
When will my order be shipped?
Delivery times depend on the availability of the item in stock. After placing your order, we verify its availability and proceed with processing it.
Typically, delivery takes between 7 to 30 days, depending on your location and the chosen delivery method.
We do our best to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
What is your return policy?
Product Returns:
Returns are only possible if the packaging remains intact and the product has not been used. Please ensure the item is in its original condition before initiating a return.
Refunds for Services:
Refunds for services are only available if our employee has not yet visited the site. On the day of the visit, refunds can no longer be processed. We recommend confirming the details of your order before the scheduled visit date.

How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase, simply browse our website and select the products or services you need. Add them to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Once you've finished selecting your items, proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an email notification confirming your order. Please check your inbox, including the spam or promotions folder, for this confirmation message.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Yes, you can change your shipping address as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it is no longer possible to modify the shipping address.

Can I change my billing address after placing my order?
