SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

This Shipping and Returns Policy describes how Soodnesoojus (“we”, “us”, or “our”) processes orders, delivers products, and handles returns for all purchases made through our online store.

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Policy.


ORDER PROCESSING

Standard Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation.

  • Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed on the next business day

Order Processing Steps

After an order is placed, we:

  • Verify payment and contact information

  • Pick and pack the products

  • Prepare the shipment and tracking details

  • Hand over the order to the shipping carrier

Peak Periods

During sales, promotions, or holiday periods, order processing may take longer. In case of significant delays, we will notify you by email.


SHIPPING WITHIN ESTONIA

We currently ship only within Estonia, including:

  • Courier delivery

  • Parcel locker delivery (Omniva, SmartPost, DPD, etc., where available)

International shipping is not available at this time.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • A tracking number

  • A link to track your shipment

  • Carrier information

Tracking information may appear in the carrier’s system within 1–5 business days after dispatch.


SHIPPING LIMITATIONS AND CONDITIONS

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate, including:

  • Postal code

  • Apartment or office number (if applicable)

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


DAMAGED, LOST, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item:

  • Keep the original packaging

  • Take photos of the damage

  • Contact us at soodnesoojus@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt

We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please first contact the carrier. If the issue is not resolved, contact us and we will assist with the investigation.


RETURNS

Return Period

You have the right to return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product has not been used

  • The packaging is intact

  • The packaging has not been opened

  • The product’s original appearance and completeness are preserved

Products with damaged or opened packaging are not eligible for return.

Return Procedure

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 business days using the original payment method.
